SESSION AGREEMENT

PORTRAIT SESSION & PAYMENT: Sessions are $250 each ($50 deposit to be paid in advance to reserve the appointment). The remaining balance is to be paid in cash or by credit on the day of your session. CASH PREFERRED. Please note a $5 charge will be added to all credit card payments for the remaining balance. NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED! Each client is guaranteed between 10-15 minutes of shooting time. 

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT/ COVID-19 : Sessions are non-refundable. If sessions are canceled due to inclement weather,  KZI,LLC  will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge. If the rescheduled date is inconvenient for the client the deposit shall be refunded. Sessions will be held outside to lower risk of infection. Common surfaces will be disinfected between clients. We will do our best to remain a distance of 6ft when possible. By placing a deposit you agree to follow all CDC guidelines and also hereby hold harmless KZI LLC from any liability for any situations arising from or related to Covid-19. You also relinquish any rights to prosecute KZI, LLC if you contract Covid-19. Lastly, you agree to cancel your appointment if you are presenting any symptoms related to Covid-19. If you must cancel your appointment due to presenting symptoms of or contracting Covid-19 your deposit will be refunded.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client should arrive 10 minutes early to the appointment but SHOULD REMAIN IN THEIR VEHICLES UNTIL THEIR ALOTTED APPOINTMENT TIME. KZI,LLC is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear, arrive late, or refuse to cooperate during the portrait sessions.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client will obtaining digital images and/or prints for personal use only.  Krystal Zaskey Photography, KZI LLC retains non-exclusive rights to these images to use at their discretion.
